  • MI vs DC, IPL 2008: Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals met for the 23rd game of the first season in Mumbai. Invited to bat first, MI scored 162, while they restricted Delhi’s total to 133.   • DC vs MI, IPL 2009: The two sides played the 35th match of the season at Buffalo Park,  East London. Mumbai batted first and produced 116, led by Dwayne Bravo (35). Delhi completed the run chase of 180, guided by AB de Villiers (50*). DC won the game by 7 wickets. In the 55th game played in Centurion, Mumbai batted first and scored 165 thanks to Ajinkya Rahane’s innings of 56. Led by Virender Sehwag (50), DC completed the run chase of 166 in 17.3 overs, losing 6 wickets, winning the game by 4 wickets.
  • DC vs MI, IPL 2010: The 9th game of the 2010 IPL season was played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. With heavy contributions from Sachin Tendulkar (63)  and Saurabh Tiwari (61),  Mumbai scored 218 in the first innings, at the loss of 7 wickets.   • MI vs DC, IPL 2012: In the 2012 IPL, MI and DC played the 19th game in Mumbai, where DC won by 7 wickets. Welcome to bat first, MI accumulated a low total of 92. Led by Virender Sehwag (32), DC completed the run chase in 14.5 overs, losing 3 wickets.
